Picking a desert from the overwhelming choice of amazing looking cakes was a challenge. i settled on a rhubarb and raspberry pie served dusted with icing sugar and ice cream. The cakes are all made fresh in house and I think that this was quite possibly the nicest desert I've ever had.

Visited this cafe twice and found it wonderful. Great food, fast service and reasonably priced. Lovely ladies who are very attentive to the customers.

Quaint atmosphere, classical music, silver platters, white table cloths, crystal chandelier surrounded with antiques. lovely table service, the food and drinks were amazing. Best cakes on display not to mention the other sweet options. Pets and ppl of all ages are welcome.

The food itself was a real surprise - my wife and I are typically very fussy and with the 3 star rating we were not expecting too much.

We ate here today and had a lovely lunch - nothing we asked for was too much of a problem and the wonderful ladies that worked there were super quaint and friendly. The verandah and setting is lovely and whilst we started outdoors, we soon moved in as it got a bit cooler - of course this was no problem for them either.

Indoors has a lovely atmosphere and is very cozy sitting amongst the freshly baked cakes, scones, sweets, fudges and teas.

Great place. Cozy and food is delicious. Food is about $20 to $30 and dessert is pricey. I don't like additional fees when you are sharing. Overall, I am pretty satisfied. Please get the coffee, sodas and not the bottled juice. It's so small and wont be enough for aa meal.

My partner and I ordered an OJ, some bread and dip, and a steak sandwich, and it cost nearly $55. No menu outside to peruse options and price which made it a little awkward when we initially wanted to leave due to price point. We did try to order the cheaper items on the menu and they were quite nice, which made up for price point a little bit. Staff were relatively friendly. Food service was a bit slow but worth it.

Everything we had was incredible! We had chocolate milkshakes with just the right amount of chocolate to start and mine lasted about 30 seconds. Our mains were the chicken, leek and spinach pie with mash and salad and a ploughmans lunch with leg ham, egg, cheese, pickled ungyuns, gherkins, sourdough and the tastiest terrine we've ever had. The chicken, leek and spinach pie was delicious with tender chunks of chicken and a smooth creamy sauce no doubt perfected after years of cooking.

Am very surprised to see so many one star reviews which is a shame as it brings the average down for this wonderful little cafe.
